Business automation

Business automation with n8n, Make and Zapier

Workflows that move data between your forms, spreadsheets, CRM and email, so your team stops copying and pasting the same things every week.

Workflows small businesses ask for

Form to sheet to email

A website form submission lands in a Google Sheet, the right person gets an email, and the customer gets a confirmation. No more checking inboxes and retyping details.

CRM syncing

New leads from forms, bookings or your inbox created in your CRM with the right owner and tags, checked for duplicates first.

Orders, invoices and alerts

New orders or payments logged in a sheet or your accounting tool, with a message to your team when something needs attention.

Reports that build themselves

A weekly summary pulled from your tools and emailed to you on a schedule.

AI steps where they help

Sorting incoming email, pulling details out of documents, or drafting replies for a person to approve before anything is sent.

n8n, Make or Zapier?

All three connect the everyday tools small businesses use. Zapier is the simplest to start with. Make handles multi-step scenarios well. n8n can be self-hosted and suits more complex logic. If you already use one, we build on it; if not, we'll recommend one based on your tools and budget.

How we build a workflow

  1. You show us the manual task, step by step.
  2. We reply with a written scope and a fixed price.
  3. We build it in your own account and test it with real examples.
  4. You check it runs as agreed before it goes live.

What's included and what it costs

Automation is a fixed price per workflow, from $150 for one workflow connecting your tools, up to multi-workflow setups with error alerts and documentation. Workflows run on your own n8n or Make plan, so you pay the platform directly and you own the workflows.

How pricing works

You get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts. A small, clearly scoped automation can be a Quick Fix ($150 to $500), paid on delivery once it works. Larger setups are quoted as a fixed price.

Questions

What happens when a workflow fails?

Larger setups include error alerts, so a failed run notifies you instead of failing silently. For a single workflow, we show you where to see its run history.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You describe the task in plain words and we handle the build. The workflows live in your account, so you keep full access.

Which task would you automate first?

Describe it in a line. You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins.
