WordPress fixes

WordPress fixes at a fixed price

Most WordPress problems come from the same few places: plugins, themes, hosting and email. Tell us what's broken and you get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.

WordPress problems we fix

Contact forms that don't send

By default WordPress sends mail straight from your web server, and many inboxes treat that as spam or reject it. We usually fix this by sending through proper SMTP with your email provider, then test real submissions from the live form.

Plugin and theme conflicts

An update breaks a page, the editor won't load, or the site shows a critical error. We find the plugin, theme or PHP version causing it, fix or replace the culprit, and leave the rest of the site alone.

SSL, mixed content and redirect loops

Redirect loops often come from the WordPress address settings, a forced-HTTPS plugin and a CDN's SSL mode fighting each other. We find which one is responsible, fix it, and clean up old http links in your content.

WooCommerce checkout and payment bugs

Orders failing, payment gateway errors, or order emails that never arrive. We reproduce the issue, fix the cause, and test a complete order from cart to confirmation.

Slow pages and mobile layout

Oversized images, plugins loading scripts on every page, missing caching, and layouts that break on phones. We measure first, then fix the biggest causes.

How we work on a WordPress site

We ask for an admin login, and hosting access only if the fix needs it. Before changing anything on a live site, we check whether a recent backup exists and ask you to make one if not. We change what the fix needs and nothing more, then you check the result before paying for a Quick Fix.

How pricing works

Every job starts with a written scope and one fixed price, sent before any work begins. Quick Fixes, like the items above and other small, clearly scoped jobs, cost $150 to $500 and are paid on delivery, once the fix works. Anything bigger gets a fixed quote first. No retainers and no open-ended hourly bills for small jobs. You own all the code we write.

Questions

Will you update all my plugins?

Only if it's part of the agreed scope. Updates can break things, so we don't change more than the fix needs without asking first.

My site shows a critical error. What now?

Send us the URL and what you see. It's often a single plugin, theme or PHP version issue, and we'll scope it and give you a fixed price.

Can you check my site first?

Yes. The free website health check looks at public pages only: broken links, redirects, SSL and insecure content, forms, mobile layout and Lighthouse mobile speed. The report arrives within 24 hours.
