Shopify problems we fix
Checkout and payment issues
Shopify runs the checkout itself, so problems usually come from the theme, an app, discount or shipping settings, or the payment provider setup. We find which one, fix what can be fixed on your side, and tell you plainly if something needs Shopify support instead.
Theme bugs: buttons, menus and add to cart
Add-to-cart buttons that do nothing, variant pickers showing the wrong price, menus that won't open on mobile. These are usually theme code or app conflicts, and we fix the cause rather than covering it up.
Broken links after changing products
Removing or renaming products and collections leaves dead links behind. Shopify URL redirects only apply when the old address returns a 404, so we add the right redirects and fix links in menus and pages.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Apps that inject scripts on every page, large images and heavy theme sections slow stores down. We measure first, then remove or defer what is slowing pages down, and ask before touching any app.
Mobile layout problems
Many shoppers browse on their phones. We fix overlapping elements, tiny tap targets and sections that break on small screens.
How we work on a Shopify store
We ask for collaborator or staff access with only the permissions the fix needs. Where possible, theme changes are made on a copy of your live theme first, so you can preview them before anything is published.

How pricing works
Every job starts with a written scope and one fixed price, sent before any work begins. Quick Fixes, like the items above and other small, clearly scoped jobs, cost $150 to $500 and are paid on delivery, once the fix works. Anything bigger gets a fixed quote first. No retainers and no open-ended hourly bills for small jobs. You own all the code we write.
Questions
Can you fix a problem caused by an app?
Sometimes the fix is a setting or a small code change. Sometimes the honest answer is to replace or remove the app. We'll tell you which before any work starts.
Can you check my site first?
Yes. The free website health check looks at public pages only: broken links, redirects, SSL and insecure content, forms, mobile layout and Lighthouse mobile speed. The report arrives within 24 hours.
